"Thank you to the staff at DHL Cairns for processing my international parcel earlier this week! The only problem with this office is that the front counter is built for tall giants. I can hardly reach over the top of it, and this just adds to stress when urgent parcels have to get shipped on time."

"5 stars for the girls at Cairns DHL Toohey Street - as soon as my parcel arrived they were on the phone, proactive and helpful. Seamless service with a smile. 0 stars for Customer Service by phone. There is no use calling the hotline after your parcel is in the booking system. They emphasise when things go wrong, but cannot do anything you can’t do yourself, and they are reactive not proactive. I spoke to a different hotline person each day for 5 days and they all read from the same playbook. “Sorry your parcel is lost, we are really trying. Keep checking the website tracker. We will send an email to someone and they will be in touch.” Useless. Unfortunately they is no motivation to help and you simply have to wait until the system spits it out. DHL Express is not an express service. So 2.5 stars rounded to 3 because of the Toohey office experience."

"I made a mistake on the label, rang customer service and got Raj. Raj was polite,professional and patient as I expressed my annoyance with the process. He empathized with me as I had waited all day for a service that never came. He made some phone calls and found me a drop off point so I didn't waste another day. Raj is clearly an asset to dhl and deserves a raise for looking after the little guy. Thanks Raj, kind regards Barry Paul"

"Well they should not say on google tht DHl has a depot at BP 354 Mulgrave Rd bce there the service was lousy, the guy way too busy with fuel clients. That day i could of lost my sanity with attendant, yes one hour and 3 cops later, i was told my parcel was not there and to go to Service Pt on the Monday."

"So helpful. I had a package sent to me by express shipping but it didn't end up coming in time. I moved to Cairns so I was unable to pick it up from the original location. DHL has been so helpful through it all, they've called and emailed me updates while relocating it to their Cairns office. Awesome service"
