As an accredited general practice, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of quality care to our patients. Our team of experienced doctors, supported by skilled nurses and friendly administrative staff, strive to deliver kind, respectful, and comprehensive care throughout your visit.
Established in 1983, our modern practice features six qualified GPs who offer a wide range of quality healthcare services. We understand the importance of managing chronic conditions, which is why we offer Chronic Disease Management Plans, also known as 'Care Plans', to help patients effectively manage their conditions over a 12-month period.
At Shailer Park Medical Centre, we prioritize your health and wellbeing. If you are experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, paleness, dizziness, lightheadedness, or irritability, it may be an indication of iron deficiency or iron deficiency anaemia. Our GPs are available to provide a diagnosis and discuss treatment options.
In addition to our comprehensive GP services, we also offer onsite Podiatry, Dietitian, and Pathology services for your convenience. Located in the Riverlakes Shopping Village, we are easily accessible via public transport, and there is ample free onsite parking available.
Please note that effective from 1st July 2023, we are a private billing practice for pensioners, concession card holders, and all children. However, if you are on a concession card or are a child aged 15 and below, you will be charged at the concession rate. DVA card holders and NCACCH card holders will continue to be bulk billed.
We value your time and appreciate your cooperation. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule through HotDoc or by calling our practice. Failure to do so may result in fees.

"Awesome doctors. I have been going there for about 35 years. Doctor Johnson and doctor Mills were great. They are gone but still have good doctors. I cant afford them anymore. I took my grand daughter there today as a favor to her mum. Dr leyla Mian charged us 65 dollars. My grand daughter is 11 and on health care card. This is money someone can't afford to pay me. 23 dollars for someone out of pocket on health care card? 65 up front? When did it become hard to get health care? Why is the gap growing...65 I believe was subsidised?"
