"Wonderful branch. I was assisting my elderly neighbour with his banking today and was served by Lance. He was so patient and helpful. His service and advice for my neighbour, with regard to his current and future banking requirements was much appreciated."
"Zero stars! This bank is useless, avoid if you can. My teenage son is trying to access his savings account that he's had since he was 6 now that he has a job. They cut off his NetBank access and we were advised that since he had turned 14 he has to go into branch with ID. We did that, went into the Castletown branch in Townsville, waited almost 2 hours to be served to get it sorted. Got home, could log in but account missing. Several phone calls and almost 3 months later, attempted to call again to sort it out today and was told there is no record of his ID being sighted or signing paperwork to be able to transact from this account, yet they have a record of him going into the branch that day. So we have to go in yet again so they can incompetently attempt at resolving this mess. Absolutely hopeless, he's since opened an account with NAB and as soon as he has access to his money that he has every right to, we'll be closing this account. They are withholding his savings and sending us in circles."
