"We hired an Epic Royale package for my daughter's 10th Birthday Party. It was one of the best things I have ever spent money on! Such fantastic value for money with non-stop entertainment. We picked them up on Friday afternoon and had a few family battles. On Saturday, the kids played from 11:30am to 9:30pm pretty much back-to-back games. It's so fun in the dark! The kids never got bored of it. My husband and I also LOVED it and joined almost every game. It's addictive and way better than we thought it would be! Defiantly beats paintball etc. We thought Heist was the best game. We ended up extending the kid pick-up time on Sunday to late afternoon because the kids just wanted to keep going. The equipment is easy to use yet sophisticated, has long range, is heavy-duty and withstands accidentally being dropped/ waterproof (we added a sprinkler to combat the 30-degree day). Everyone we spoke to from the company was kind, helpful and supportive. Highly recommend it! We are already planning to hire again for my husband's 40th, and maybe even just because haha"

"We had a bad experience with Laser Tag in a box. I'd recommend going with one of the companies that delivers and runs the Laser Tag game, rather than using Laser Tag in a Box. One of the guns didn’t work. However, the spare worked okay once we got going. The worst part was, when we went to return the laser guns, the timing of the courier was booked incorrectly. We were told it was going to be picked up from 9am. So, I had arranged to have the parcel ready to go at my mum’s house for 9am. The Startrack courier arrived early, and then he left because I was still bringing the boxes over from my house. When I rang to check the pickup time with Startrack, it had been booked by Laser Tag in a Box for collection from 8am. When I rang Laser Tag in Box to let them know, the staff member said, ‘It is what it is. It must have been human error. You know what it’s like when you think you’re hitting 9 on the keyboard but you hit 8 or 10?’ This attitude to customers for an extremely expensive service was particularly disappointing and this frustrating resonse from Laser Tag in a Box staff has tainted the whole experience with Laser Tag in a Box. Especially because we now have to wait all day at my mum's when we could have got on with our day if it had been booked correctly. Definitely think twice before booking with them unless you're prepared for a similar frustrating experience and this dismissive attitude to 'human error' from their staff. I'd strongly recommend going with one of the companies that delivers and runs the Laser Tag experience for you to avoid the real risk of frustrating delivery and returns experiences."

"So first up, this was a great experience all over. From start to finish the team run like a well oiled machine. My questions over the phone were answered quickly and in a friendly manner. I was given a verbal quote before the written and advised of delivery details. My boxes arrived with plenty of time to spare to the event so I could test all the gear and ensure everything worked. The packages came with foolproof instructions that were well presented. The equipment was of a great standard, a number of parents at my son's birthday asked for details of the company, prices etc. The game itself was a blast. My son and his friends loved it for his birthday party. The return of the equipment was seamless. I'd highly recommend this as an option to anyone looking to host a laser tag party. These folks really do make everything very easy and, should I host another laser tag party, I won't be looking anywhere else."

"Very happy with our recent hire of laser tag equipment. We hired 16 of the 8+ taggers, plus they sent 2 spares, 2 flag/medic boxes and the game controller with some headbands and bunting/Camo net. Everything was well packed and arrived at the transport depot on the Monday before we hired for the Saturday. All the equipment worked well and could be operated easily by 7 and 8 year olds. You need to spend a little time working out the controller and how to best use the gear with your group - there are instructions included too. Returning the gear to the Startrack depot in Minchinbury was a nightmare but if you get it couriered to your address then you don't need to worry about that. We only picked up and dropped off as we couldn't have someone home for the full 8hrs they needed for delivery. While you might be able to have a laser tag party a bit cheaper at a bowling alley, with this gear you can play on and off all day with no time restrictions. Overall, a good experience."

"Wow! INCREDIBLE service and actual lazer tag. Never hired it before or played except as a kid. Other people I got quotes from were more expensive and felt less professional (like a hobby vs their full time gig) We hired it for a friends wedding and it ended up being such an incredibly magical experience and it was so seamless with delivery. 10/10 thanks guys"
