"I was a customer in a store this morning, and a local, Jacob from Koah Hall was on the phone to a staff member. Jacob, I ask you to reflect on how you spoke to this Woman, as your behaviour was poor. Especially in a small community to throw your weight around like you did.. wow. I was at the counter paying my bill when you were on the phone. This woman was so helpful to you, and you continued to berate and argue with her. You upset her so much, and she still remained professional towards you and other customers that over heard you in store. Everyone goes through hard times, but If you’re not OK, please get help. Doing what you did today cannot come from a place of happiness and I challenge you to do better and be better. Sincerely"
