"Be careful with this company and triple check your car for damage. They hid from me that they'd damaged my BRAND NEW car - meaning it shouldn't have any damage at all. When I contacted back to say hey you damaged my car they lied. They even said that they would flag damage with you and that's a lie too obviously. I contacted the car dealer to ask about any damage and they said it was in perfect shape when it left, and I had someone personally check it before it went with prixcar."
"Nice professional great men who work there. Just follow their instructions. All goods must be securely packed in the booth. All chairs upright and must have a spare tire. Detailed inspection. Be sure to allow some time before your flight as it's best to allow them do a good job for safety. Cos your car is worth the wait."
"I can't praise this company enough. They were professional in the pickup from Cairns, delivered to Melbourne and gave an estimated date of delivery. I had 80 Kg of goods in the boot (YES, it CAN be done if you pick a good company who allow it) being moved from Cairns and they delivered the car over a week earlier than expected - Which was unexpected (as I have used other companies before). They kept me fully informed, GPS tracking and delivered much earlier than what they had promised. Everything was perfect and precise! I would certainly use them again and was so impressed with their service."
"I had my car transported a few weeks ago and I was told by the company that the car was to be cleaned and sanitized prior to handing the car over. When I collected my car it was absolutely filthy inside and out due to the window being left down for weeks in storage. There were dead bugs inside the car, the dash was full of dust and the drivers side mat had thick mud stains from people getting in and out without wiping their feet. I emailed the company explaining that I was not happy with the way I recieved my car and I did not even recieved a response. Very unhappy with the service and would not recommend."

I was concerned about their holding area security until we cheched out the electric fence and large storage buildings. Using them again in two weeks time for a second new car.
