"I had never heard of BEX beforehand, and we got off to a rocky start when it took almost two days for the con-note to appear online. Eventually though, 'In Transit' from Brisbane to Townsville was expedient, and when I noticed it had arrived at The Bohle in Townsville, I made contact to pick it up. Great advices from Kate and Grant, who rang me back and advised that my delivery was ready for pickup at Mt St John. I went in first thing the following Monday morning, where two BEX staff greeted me with friendly smiles, and could not do enough to help. I was able to unpack my goods then and there, and BEX disposed of the packaging, which was just so helpful. Thank you to BEX and particularly the guys at Mt St John Townsville."
