"Garry came to our house on March 24 to measure and quote. He arrived but didn't have any samples saying "we get our customers to come to the store to pick out what they would like"? We advised Garry that we were after carpet and vinyl or hybrid flooring throughout the whole house. So having said that he measured up and said, as it was a Friday, I'll send through a quote either Monday or Tuesday the following week. Not sure how he was going to supply a quote with no flooring chosen but anyway we gave him the benefit of the doubt. So, seeing as we had heard or received nothing by the following Wednesday I contacted the office and another gentleman answered the call and then proceeded to tell me that Garry was very busy and the quote should come through that afternoon. Ha ha no such thing. Last week I contacted the online chat that they have and after a bit of tooing and froing I finally got the answer that they would advise Garry to send through the said quote. But, I'm still waiting.....I say steer clear of these clowns they obviously don't want any business. Needless to say we are waiting no more and have gone with a competitor who actually wanted some business. Can't praise Warren at Carpet One Underwood highly enough his attention to detail is impeccable. So cheers Gary! Your loss is our gain. Wish you well for the future. Thank you for your response to my review. Unfortunately Garry arrived with no samples to show so how could anyone make a decision and you fail to mention the fact I contacted your team numerous times to try and sort it out. Garry did end up calling after this review was posted but by then it was too little too late. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree but I wish your business well in the future."

"Some time back i worked for a short time for Andersen's, so i guess I had a little head start when it comes to Carpet. However i was blown away by the professional service we (Robyn my wife of 40+ years) received from Matthew at Loganholme. Matthew directed us to exactly the carpet we needed - we told him what we wanted and he sold us what we needed. I was that impressed with the way he conducted himself that we didn't even go anywhere else for a 2nd quote. Then came the install - Whilst i was not there his team were excellent - Nothing short of excellent!! our whole family got new carpeted bedroom's- I can't get the grand kids back into the lounge - My daughters room looks like it's straight out of Home Beautiful and all my wife could do was go around hugging everyone and saying thank you. Matthew, well done! See you again in another 15 years (well that's how long the last Anderson's carpet lasted)"
