"I'm still getting the run around for clippa lighter flints. Responded with an apology for being out of stock(lies), never been in stock. Forceing people to buy more lighters. Scam.. I've contacted head office with my complaint. Has anything been done about it? Have you stocked flints for clippa lighters? That's the only response l want, are they in stock or not? Just cut the cr_p."
"I've purchased clippa lighters. I own 6 plastic lighters and two metal models. It's been 6months I've requested clippa lighter flints. Staff keep telling me they'll order them. Its 6months, maybe longer. Either the staff don't care, or its head office. Staff continually blame head office. All l want is replacement flints for my lighters. As a smoke mart selling more expensive lighter models, you should stock accessories. Seems like your forcing people to buy more lighters. Don't care much for your selling methods, l care about my pocket."
