"Over promised and under delivered. A very stressful and dissappointing experience. Perhaps a different experience for mothers, but I'd recommend fathers steer clear as my personal experience is of being constantly ignored/not responded to in a reasonable time frame, pressured to accept unfair and unreasonable orders, and dealing with very sloppy document writing and poorly written/reviewed orders which consequently creates massive headaches later down the track in your co parenting relationship. Think twice, would not recommend."

"Gotta be honest and give them a one star. Hugely overpriced, the first draft of the will was littered with errors "Unknighted Kingdom" (is someone having a laugh?), poor communication (takes days to weeks to months to reply to emails), poor/no liaison with other financial professionals (ignored emails), long unexplainable delays, they lost the hard copy of will I sent them, they keep changing offices and email addresses and my lawyer has 3 different email addresses which don't seem to work, sadly for me it appears I am stuck with them as I signed up for the serious issue of will and EPA. I don't trust them."
