Their shop is well set out and always full of goodies! I recently purchased a dress I loved and then sadly, noticed it had a small fault unfortunately, so I took it back in the hope of a remedy or exchange. As per consumer law etc. Crystal went out of her way to offer me several options. We agreed on her repairing it but afterwards I still wasnt entirely happy with the outcome so she happily replaced it. Always lovely people to deal with.
