"Went to Redlynch Central shopping centre bottle shop. Was refused service unless I paid for a $2 mask. I had forgotten my mask. Very shortsighted way to treat a customer who has been shopping there for over 10 years. Good customer service would have been to wear the 10c by giving me a mask to them go on to buy my wine and spirits. Shop was empty, could have maintained 1.5m distance no problem if that was the shop assistants issue. Perhaps he feared for his safety. Somehow I think it was just about making money. Had just been to Woolies to do my food shopping, they are far more aware of what demands they can and can't make."
"Came here for dinner with my 2 boys. Waited 35 mins. Our steak and schnitzel came out. We ate them. Once finished my other Son's pizza came out. Great food. Poor timing and service..."
"We have some great meals there before. But this time we are so dissapointed, ordered garlic bread and 2 main meals, the first problem is 1 main came out with the garlic bread and the 2ND meal 20 mins later, no serviettes , salt or pepper on the table had to go find some on another table and the final thing is all other table were offered water with the meals we weren't even asked, not happy won't be dining there again."
"We moved to Redlynch a couple of years back and have become regulars at this pub, tried most of their menu and have not been disappointed once. Great food, great staff, and a top scene for the weekend. Buy yourself their Chicken Fajita, you will love it."
"I can only comment on the restaurant which used to be great but suffered considerably since beginning of 2013. The food menu took a dive offering below par quality, serving size, and options. If you complain the chef or dining staff argue or snob you. Sadly this used to be the most awesome pub in town"
