"I asked to cut my hair in layers since I wanted to activate my waves and I received a cut less than 10 minutes all straight and I asked her if she would do anything else and she explains that this is the cut. The cut doesn't look bad but don't see that there is any change in my hair and I didn't feel comfortable asking for another change, It seemed that she was in a hurry. I feel disappointed"

"The hairdresser cut my hair way too short. I asked to be able to tie it up and I can't do that even though I provided reference photos of my previous haircut, including pictures of my hair up AND down. It can also only be styled one way even though I explained how I want to wear it, and the versatility I wanted. What I have is a haircut that was designed for women twice my age who wish to speak to the manager, and oddly enough, that is what I will have to do now. The only way to even "fix this" would be to cut it shorter, by which point I run the risk of looking like a Peaky Blinders character. The hairdresser also decided to berate my on my choice of clothing, because I wore a high necked shirt to work, and could only get an appointment directly after work. It seems she failed to think that anyone wouldn't be able to just ditch out in the middle of the day to get their hair done. She also felt the need to talk to me about COVID-19 and how she is "A bit sceptical about it" - not exactly the conversation you have with a stranger who you're unsure share's the same political beliefs. Not only was the haircut and conversation terrible, but the service itself has left with feeling self conscious and in need of a shower - I have bits of hair all over my back, neck, shoulders and face. There was no care taken to make sure this was brushed away. I will not be returning again or suggesting this as a place for a haircut to anyone. I will also be contacting the business for my money back."
