"I have to say that this was the worst experiences I have had as far as the initial contact enquiring the price, let alone politeness which I did allow for busy times, and I paid more than I have anywhere else. I had a manicure and pedicure and less than a week my nail polish was coming off my fingers. I spoke to supposedly person in charge and she said that it was my own nails that caused the polished to come off. I would have thought as a gesture, being less than a week that they would have painted the nails which would have taken a couple of minutes, but no, this person was all about the money, I will never go back there again and I work in retail, so will not recommend this business to anyone."

"They had no communication! One lady flooded the store with the foot spa, all the electronics where F***ed (nail drills, went threw 2 before the 3rd one was available and the UV LED lights all kept shutting off before the timer would run down and we, the customers just had to keep turning them on) uncomfortable process that took 3 hours! Such a hack job! I don't do this a lot but I really don't recommend hear! Also they tell everyone eftpos is down so you must pay cash and you get no receipt! These photos are 5 days later! Not day of for you information"

"owner was lovely but it is very overpriced for the services you actually receive, i asked for full set of acrylics with a french tip, the french tips were hand painted and are very uneven and all of my nails don't match each other. the acrylic gel was put too far away from my cuticles on some of my nails so they look grown out in the first few days. polish is already starting to chip off after having them for 4 days and i have little air bubbles throughout the acrylic. wouldn't recommend at all."

"I needed my nails done for a wedding. I’ve now had the nails for maybe three days and they are starting to peel off at the edges. The photos I used as a reference for the art were not what I received. Close, but the lines were a not consistent and some lines even slightly smugged. I as had acrylic residue left over on my index finer which was a bit annoying. I asked for coffin shape and some are a little uneven. However I am still very happy with them. I just would like the lines to have been finer and more consistent. Maybe my tec was rushing. I’m not confident I would go again. But it’s full of lovely people and I was very comfortable there."

"I’m new to Cairns and it’s always a scary thing finding a new saloon but I got lucky and had an amazing first experience! I got a full set with hand drawn French tips with a few little diamond thingys and it all came to 73 dollars which is a great price. The girl who did my nails was incredible. I will be coming back!"
