"Very very good service! The kind gentleman who I assume is the owner or the manager helped carry my belongings after I got my pedicure to the manicure station. My nails are good, but not as good as I expected. Some dust or small particles got cured along with my top coat and I let the lady know yet she just put another thin layer on top and let it be. Can’t see it from far away, though, so I am not that disappointed haha. Appreciate the hygiene. See they all use a new sterilised packs of tools on each individual customers. Freshly open out of a pouch. Affordable price. And friendly staff."

"I went to this salon whist in cairns on holidays. The nails are the worst I have ever had, they look awful. They are crooked , some are like ski jumps , like I said their awful. I would not recommend this place"

"Well I've been coming here for over 6 years (professional nails before taking over) well today I went in for a full set and pedi. The lady that served me told me I didn't need a full set just infills. I'm like no, I had infills last time here, so require a full set ( been having nails done for 25yrs). Well she obviously peed at me, as she was so rough with me, I even commented that the finger she was bending right back was attached to my hand. She then proceeded to do my nails as she saw fit, square ends (I've never had square nails, as I have fat fingers) when I mentioned she just carried on doing what she wanted, chatting in her own language (which is very rude). Now I just wanted to leave, I'd had enough of being pulled around, and would have left if I didn't need my toe nails done as was going out later. Obviously since the change of hands, customer service is not top of the Agenda. Will now need to find another place, that appreciates loyalty with great customer service"

"'Beauty in Nails' Stockland Earlville is the only place for beautiful nails! The staff make you feel very welcome and will give you their absolute best. They are polite, respectful and caring. They understand you want the best, and are there to please you. Justin is perfect in his role. So very polite and kind. My experience of being assisted by Macy is super. It was great to learn that she was there on my follow-up visit. Cee was very helpful to me, assisting with the product that best suited my preference and Wendy also, has been very caring. They are all very thorough in their work and enjoy what they can do to please you. I truly enjoy the relaxation and comfort I feel, from dealing with the team at 'Beauty in Nails' Stockland.
