When I arrived in shop, he had all my details saved and even with us bringing a smidge extra than we thought (I'm sorry!) the quote ended up being spot on. Assured us of their packing methods for our computers and tucked warranty into the total price quoted. Great service and friendly staff, cute Lil ol dog too! ----- Edit, Okay so we actually received the computers.... and despite me asking if I should remove the graphics card as I was worried about it. He assured me that they had a special anti-static foam they use to secure it in place. Upon receiving it, check out the attached photo. The most static-y bags in the universe, 4 of them completely empty, used on one side of the GPU. Completely providing zero support what so ever. Do not use this service, they flaunt quality electronics shipping all over their site, then use none of the highlighted methods. What a rip."
