"I have been to this store multiple times and have found it each time the customer service to be absolutely appalling. My last straw was waiting to be served so I could ask a question on a product whilst blatantly being ignored while a group of 3 chit chat then all proceed to walk away. For poor service to happen on 3 seperate occasions I’ll be taking any future business elsewhere."

"Went to buy a TV and was told they wouldn't sell anything bigger than a 48 inch TV 30 minutes before close as their store room people needed to check it and they'd gone home for the day. What the????? I must have been fooled by the giant banner that read "Big Screen Bonanza". Rushed to the shop after work and was a complete waste of time. Not sure how you can trust an appliance store that doesn't know if their products work & refuses a sale. Written complaint submitted and waiting for a response."
