The first company didn't answer my call so I went to the next one and I hit gold. Mark at Cairns Vehicle Hire was amazing, within half an hour he was at our accommodation to pick us up, took us to his car rental depot and had a car ready for us. We were provided with an almost new car that was spotlessly clean. We rented it for five days and Mark gave us an extra day free of charge! We liked it so much we ended up renting the car for an extra four days. Nothing was too much trouble and Mark did everything he could possibly do to make us happy.
