Led by our dedicated Service Manager, Leanne Canteri, and supported by a team of 35 Teaching Practitioners and Educators, our institution offers 140 spaces for children. Our unique approach is based on the discovery and exploration of respectful relationships with children. This philosophy is the foundation of our Busy Bees learning program, which has been developed in collaboration with childcare specialists, curriculum experts, and Early Years Advisors. In addition to our comprehensive curriculum, Busy Bees at Redlynch partners with Early Learning Languages Australia, offering a digital, play-based language learning program for kindergarten children. Through this initiative, we inspire children's genuine interest in a new language and culture, proudly offering Mandarin.

Our funded Kindergarten program, led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher, is designed to prepare children for their next big steps in school.
