"I have been to Laser Clinics twice now, and both times the service has been excellent. It is recommended that you shave before your appointment though, so keep that in mind as I didn't realise this the first time I went and had my session. The staff were very friendly and helped me with my first experience - I was given a run through of the safety requirements and also the after care once the procedure is done. The longest part of my session was simply filling in the paperwork (which thankfully is only needed to be done once), but the actual laser session is less than 5 minutes. When you go in for your session, they will give you some goggles to wear, and then you will feel a small amount of heat for where the laser hits the hair folicle. It's a very, very quick process - I did underarms myself and it only took 1-2 minutes per underarm. After you have your session, you are given some laseraid cream and then you book in a new appointment in about 4-6 weeks. AfterPay and ZipPay are both available in store, so you can prepay your sessions as well - just be aware that they are not transferrable to the Stockland store as each clinic is independent."
