"Really you make appointments to suit your schedule not theirs and you do the right thing get there 10 mins early only to find that the doctor your seeing turns up 40 mins late really and we pay these people if i turned up late i would get in trouble prob lose job"
"This is a very very busy practice, due to the increase in population of Townsville over the past few years. Each Doctor that I have seen has always been completely professional, compassionate and understanding. The reception team are very good also, buy be prepared to wait for a while if you are a walk in patient, you will be seen, and the Doctors are fantastic."
"Attempted a walk in appointment and was told the wait was 2 hours to which i asked if they were understaffed and was cut off mid sentence by the practice manager who was extremely abrasive and told that I was being rude, and shouting and that she apparently remembered me from last time and accused me of swearing and carrying on...this event never happened and this was my first dealings with her. I advised her that she will need some management training to which she told me it's not my fault I didn't book an appointment and she doesn't need to take my attitude. She then told me to leave and that they will not see me or my daughter there... disgusting management. My 6 year old left in tears and took a lot of convincing to walk through the doors of another doctor surgey."
