"Don't shop here - customer service is a forgotten concept. Should be called Shonkey Tools. I have been waiting for a refund on some defective products I returned 14 May... it is now 25 July and nobody has contacted me. I have called and spoken to the returns manager once and have been in to see the bloke at the don't desk who could not help other than to take my bank details and send it to head office. That was 2 weeks ago and still no response. They will be hearing from Fair trading and ACCC IF NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME! Update 11-08-2023: Fair Trading is now involved and it seems Sydney Tools does not care as they will not respond to them either. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MARTY! It seems the Australian Consumer Laws mean nothing to you or Sydney Tools"

"Don't shop online received a incorrectly assemble TSTAK. Promised multiple times to send shipping label so I can return it. 3 Weeks later more excuses, none valid. Have to now drive over 2 hours each way to nearest store in Cairns to return it. Should have gone to Bunnings online store instead. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!"
