"I'm giving Coles 1 star and that's only because of the variety and nice layout of the store... I went there today with my brother who is terminally-ill he decided to get a few groceries for himself, I told him I would continue my shop and for him to go through a checkout and then go sit down on a chair outside. by the time I finished my shop I found him still struggling at the self-serve counter I asked him why he was doing it himself he said that that is where the staff told him to go, as there was none not even one person on the checkouts. He then paid and went and sat down,I said to the lady in the self service area that this was just not good enough and some people are unable to do this by themselves ,she then proceeded to ask me if I would like her to open up a checkout so I could be assisted with my groceries I said no I am quite capable of doing it myself but not everyone is.I will not go back there again ,if you want No customer service and only self-serve then this is the store for you if you'll struggle doing it yourself I suggest you go elsewhere. My poor brother was so exhausted after packing 4 bags of groceries he had to go home for the rest of the day what a joke way to go Coles."
"Brand new Coles with a different look easy shopping and a good variety of products well set out. Easy parking if your aware of the place. Fully stocked shelves and produce and a great variety of meats compared to other Coles in Townsville."

"Cheaper than Woolworths Hermit Park and the staff actually smile at you. A much better range of products and fresher than the aforementioned. I'd give more stars if the prices didn't go up drastically during the Covid outbreak and the war and went back to normal after."
