"Very disappointed with the poor service and rude staff member on the self serve checkouts today. Knowing I had cold items I wanted a reusable plastic bag but was told I could only purchase paper ones. When I said they are not strong enough she rudely said I don't care. She then gave her personal opinion on how the paper ones are fully recycled which is not true. Paper cones from trees. Avoid this Cole's. To add the paper bags bottom ripped from the bag a whole 2 minutes later."
"I entered via an exit rather than an entry. Is reasonable for the flow through the store to request customers use an entry… however , the assistant proceeded to yell at me in front of customers and was very abusive. Will not go back and certainly would not recommend this store."

"Would just like to share my customer experience with a rude coles worker in redlynch. I admit I should have walked through the main entrance but thought seeing the item behind the checkout I wanted to walk through I thought what’s the big deal if I cut through and checkout at the same checkout. I encountered a rude ignorant checkout lady expressing her authority in a rude and demeaning manor. Telling me she was serious about the entrances and told me to go to another shop to run my errands. I apologise for using the wrong entry I didn’t think it was such a massive deal and if I was spoken to politely to use another entrance I wouldn’t be writing this review and still would hav grabbed my items. Very disappointed"
