Julie , the manager provided me with an impeccable and professional experience which made buying a pair of shoes an absolute pleasure . My family was involved in the shoe industry for over 50 years , and to be honest , Julie made my family look like a bunch of novices . Well done"

"I brought 2 pairs of shoes online yesterday. their website states that click and collect, all stock items will be ready within 2 hours however if that isn't the case it will be 1-2 business days (which is fine). It also states that you will be notified if that is the case and cannot be ready in the 2 hours collection and you will have the option to be refunded. I went into the Earlville (Cairns) store today when I finished work to ask what was going on as I haven't received any notification. I got attitude straight away from a "employee" and she told me it will be 2-3 business days as it is coming from Perth. I tried to explain to her the policy I saw on the website but she didn't want to hear about it at all, just kept telling me that it will be 2-3 business days. I even tried to show her that it states on the website of it saying click and collect in 2 hours if this is not the case it'll be 1-2 business days but you will be notified of this and I had not been notified. She still didn't want to listen or look and kept giving me down right rude and disgusting attitude. I then told them I'd like a refund since I haven't been notified of anything at all, she told me she can't refund me. This is on the website if order cannot be ready within 2 hours you have the option to be refunded but she's telling me I can't be refunded? Again tried to show her this where it is on the website and again just didn't want to listen or look and kept giving me her attitude that I got from the start. For someone that works in the retail business I find this absolutely disgusting and I don't know how she even has a job since she couldn't even take her time to do her job and listen to what the customer is wanting help for. No help at all. Spendless shoes USED TO be my one stop shop for all my shoes but after this appalling behaviour in the customer service industry I'll never ever shop there again and I'll be making sure I notify other people to avoid going there with that sort of staff in the shop."
