"We went with a friend, only the two of us. We arrived around 10 pm on a Thursday, we bought a beer and we got in the cue for the pool and the karaoke. But I think we were to late because at 11 30 we were still waiting. The waiting wasn't unpleasant because we watched people play and sing. In the end, we were lucky that a couple offered us to play doubles of pool. After that, we just got home because we were tired of waiting."
"We were served by Lilly. When she gave us the incorrect number of shots that we paid for, we questioned her and she replied in an extremely rude manner with a bad attitude. Maybe before hiring employees just check that they can count first. Normally we have a great experience here, the atmosphere is always great."
"Takeaway Pizza wasn't even in a box, it was in a bowl with pieces stuck on top of each other! And it wasn't a small, it was half a large. Very disappointing. Tasted like cardboard."
"Service from all the girls behind the bar was great. Good tables & nice atmosphere. However, there was a blonde guy (team member) with a mullet who made our experience awful. Constantly running around, being strange and rude to my friends. I just think he needs to chill out and understand his role of working at a quiet pool bar. Not impressed and won’t be returning."
"Great place to hangout in Cairns, good atmosphere, plenty of pool tables and it's free. Little pricey on the drinks and food menu, but you will have a nice time! They have a juke box to play your own playlist which is really awesome, like old days. Pool Tournament - every Wednesday they have a pool tournament, entry fee is $2 and winner gets $100. This is more fun and you will meet many people,approx 3-4 hrs."
