"Im in shock at all these 5 stat's but we see those 1 star reviews too. I wasn't going to write a review because of the replies on other reviews but if no one speaks up then no one will know how this company, mainly its owner behave. It's unacceptable. My cousin bought a car with a rwc from this business and ended up paying over $1500 to repair it. He tried to call them to discuss issues and just got called a heap of names and hung up on.Their name had been all over Facebook, abusing people, slandering customers, calling people bad mothers and blaming them for their child's accident and creating videos with content that I can only assume was made while high or drunk or at worst made by a woman needing help. If u want professionalism avoid this business. U have been warned."

"These guys are great! My car was booked in for new brakes & rotors only but they picked up a bigger issue that basically saved my family’s life if it wasn’t for the guys checking under the hood. Thank you all so much plus service was quick, communication was very good and after fixing the issue they fitted two new tyres onto my car for free."

"I can't speak highly enough about Better Call Saul's! First, the owner is an amazing women who made me feel comfortable and welcome in her shop. Alana clearly knows her stuff and made sure I understood exactly what they planned to do to my car and why. For the first time in my life I didn't feel like I was going to be taken advantage of as a women in a mechanics shop. Second, the two men who serviced my car were clean and efficient with their time and had my car back to me in a matter of hours. Third, it's important to me to support local businesses but I generally associated that with paying a significantly higher price, however they are fairly priced and their customer service was off the charts. My car is running better than ever and I will be coming back for all my car need. You have earned a customer for life! P.S thanks for letting me hold your office cat. That was an absolute treat, 10/10 customer service."
