"I have been a mechanic for 14 years, working in dealerships, small workshops and with my dad in his family business. And, in that time I am usually the one my family gets to take their car for tyres/warranty repairs or specific things that for one reason or another I cant do for them due to time or value reasons, so that I can make sure nothing goes wrong etc. I have NEVER walked out of a workshop without finding something wrong, or something that was missed, or evidence of sloppy workmanship like grubby marks left on panels. Even just things like perhaps where they have taken too long for what was done, or as simple as having horrible customer service skills. Yet, today I was genuinely impressed with every aspect of our interaction. I have not been able to find a single fault with anything they did! I requested they set the wheel bolt torque to a specific spec - they were more than happy to accommodate and when I checked later - all bolts were torqued perfectly! No silly issues like a forgotten tyre pressure sensor reset either! Aside from this, they had the best value tyres in town, have Afterpay, and they even arrived earlier than quoted and offered to move our appointment up if it was more convenient. The job was completed super quickly, and with a complimentary wheel alignment check which I appreciated. And, most importantly they had exceptional customer service skills, from everyone I dealt with. I feel it especially worth mentioning that the representative at handover (who may also have done the work, sorry didn't catch his name!) was a really nice bloke, very professional and helpful, and gave me a lot of confidence just based on this interaction. It's always such a refreshing change when people take pride in their work, and value professionalism. I personally always value quality over quantity and somehow they just did it properly and really quick! Wont be going anywhere else for tyres in future. 10/10."
