"I walked in, one staff was helping other customers, I walked up to desk, 2 staff were talking, they stopped and looked at me, I asked if they had silk, they just shook their heads, I said, I can't find silk any where in tsv, with a smile on my face, said thanks and walked out, the 2 staff gave me dirty looks, I know this because my daughter was standing behind me, as I said this and turned, 2 staff thought she was another customer and smiled at her, not going their again,"

"Quite disappointed this year. Each year our family purchases matches pj's (father, mother and daughter). No consideration of has been shown for the mens pj's. The emblem is of a different colour to the others and cannot be seen so does not resemble the other pj's. The button holes are designed for women, these are suppose to be mens pj's, so feel like cheap knock offs. Not normally a complainer but when your paying this kind of money you expect something different from kmart. Will have a look next year and if the quality hasn't improved will find an alternative brand to continue our tradition."
