"If you would like to burn some energy for the little ones it's good , expect to wait 30-45 minutes for food and drinks , the staff are young adults and the attitude is noticeable. It's just ashame this is the only indoor play in townsville because it would be my second choice ."

"We had my daughter's 6th birthday party here and the staff and service were absolutely amazing!! The kids had such a great time and were treated so respectfully and like little VIP's. The young girl Bell, serving the kids warmed my heart to how she was full of smiles, fun and patience! This was by far the least stressful and probably most cost effective birthday party we have ever held for our kids!! I highly recommend and we will be coming back for future events!"
