"I purchased a new pair of shoes 3 days ago. Today I had to return them as they were faulty. The manager was rude, would not make eye contact and was totally put out that I had returned a faulty product. She needs some customer service training"

"I came into Williams last Thursday with a photo from the the website, the lady promptly said no, ok is there something similar, no, do you have something even the same brand for me to look at? I don’t think so. Ok so if I buy these online what is the returns policy ? You can bring them in here if you have to. All the while barely turning from the counter. When telling my work colleagues they mentioned they had had similar terrible service from this very same person. I won’t be back to the store, always online now and I work in customer service I would have loved to spend my money with you face to face."

"How hard is it to spend some money and buy shoes for work ?? The attitude of the person at the williams shoe shop at willows shopping centre was terrible and she had zero interest in serving customers ,couldn't be bothered checking out back if the size was there walked away to get back to gossiping with her friends and when approached again to ask about another pair of shoes said " I'm busy atm " and went back to gossiping with her friends talking about the bbq she was at the night before. What a Totally different experience 30 minutes later at the williams shoes at the castletown branch who were super friendly and extremely helpful and couldn't be more accommodating and upbeat, well done the staff at castletown the stars are for all of you, zero stars for Williams at Willows absolutely shocking attitude"

"This morning Friday 18/11/22 I checked opening hours and it was to be 9am. The shop didn’t open at that time,however the shop assistant did arrive at 9.15am,lifted the door high enough for her to get in and then promptly lowered it!! She returned at 9.20 and opened up and started shifting stock around. Finally I was served and after selecting a pair of shoes I asked the shop assistant to look at where my toes came to, her reaction was to say “you’re wearing them,not me”. I will never step foot in that shop again,nor will my partner who has spent a lot of money in that store."

"This store has a great range of shoes for children and adults. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Has the shoes we were looking for but not in half sizes unfortunately. Apparently Australia is changing from having half sizes. More like trying to cull the amount of stock on the shelf. Can understand but for people to wear comfortable shoes they need the options.
