"Incredibly inconsistent food and service. Some staff are too busy maintaining their own conversations and forget that you're waiting, or do not make any eye contact or direct communication at all. Others have been excellent. Regularly receive 5 out of 6 McNuggets and have most recently not received any Big Mac sauce on my Big Mac. I'm sad to rate this venue so low but must after these repeated experiences."

"The place was dirty. Under staffed. Asked if they could please clean down a table. That had food,drinks and crumbs left all over. They handed me a dirty rag to clean it myself. If it wasn't for that we had paid for our order I would have walked out. Food was put together like slop. The chips was cold and the coke tasted like syrup not drink able. Will never go there again"

"Shakes were half full and the lids break easily, also there was no grimace shakes so overall a fat L."

"Never had a problem except with time but this time half of it was uneatable. Ordered 4 hash browns and all of them were oily and half burnt, my mum could barely eat them I was only able to eat one before feeling sick. All the teen staff which was basically all of them were too busy talking about who they hated and who had complained about the food before."

"Absolute worst customer service I've had in a long time. From the drive through worker talking over me when I was trying to say what I wanted, to the manager handing me my drinks while not making any eye contact and continuing to gossip to their co-worker. Cherry on top was the near 10 minute wait at the next window while 4 other cars picked up their orders without anyone even checking on us. And upon finally getting the order there was no apology of any sort or sorry for waiting. Also got home to find they got the order wrong anyway. 10/10 would recommend."
