CHAKRADANCE is a transformative practice that utilizes music and guided imagery to activate and balance the seven major chakras in the body. Each week, Meagan focuses on one chakra, allowing participants to embark on a deep journey of self-discovery. Through this practice, individuals can experience messages, visions, and intuition, ultimately promoting greater balance, joy, and radiance in their lives.

The GROOVE Method, on the other hand, offers a fun and simple dance class. With just two basic moves per dance, participants are encouraged to creatively modify these movements and express themselves freely. This class is all about having fun and embracing the joy of self-expression.

As a trained Circle Keeper, Meagan creates a welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere for various circles held at our institution. These circles may include guest speakers, focused topics, or meditations, providing an opportunity for authentic connections with others.
