"Very little professionalism. Another workshop recommended me this place to fix a problem with the airbag, whose light was on. Before starting, I was advised that the cost of fixing it could range from $200 to $1000 maximum. After leaving the car one morning, they told me that the light was off and that it would surely be fixed, but in case the light come back again then the passenger and computer airbags had to be changed. They charged me $325 to "clean" the circuit. Then after 200km the light came back on. For repair both parts, I was budgeted another $750 (that already made a total of $1100). Given a disproportionate budget, I decided to buy the pieces on my own ($100 cheaper than budgeted, $230 in total) and take it to another trusted workshop (they carged me just $50, so $280 instead $750). This last workshop changed both and the surprise came when the light was still on and the error codes remained the same. After returning to this workshop to ask him please to attend me and look again at what was wrong (I paid $325 to know exactly that), they tell me that now it's Christmas, they are really busy and they will call me to attend me. I'm still waiting for that call. My advice is that any electrical problem you may have, you better take the car to the brand workshop or another that meets its obligations."

"Terrible service. Would rate it zero starts is possible. Did my search on Google and found this as high rated near work. Called in to check if they could do the job and they told me to drop by so they could see the car I have and give me an estimate. I got an hour off work and drove there only to be told they would have to charge $66 just to see my car and understand my problem. I never passed the reception and the mechanic never even saw my car or listened to my problem to give me that estimate. Tried to talk with the receptionist only to start receiving a bad mannered lecture about their costs, etc. Left after that. The mechanic I used to go were I lived could always take a couple of minutes to listen, have a quick look and let me know the potential issues and next steps. If you are a business and have such upfront costs, tell the customer on the phone, before they disrupt their lives to drive to you. I don’t know how these people got high scores, they probably rated it themselves and asked friends for that."

"After reading the other reviews I decided to give Woodridge autoelectrics a go and I cannot give these guys a higher recommendation. Extremely kind and friendly people who have gone well above and beyond what I had expected of them. Superb price for a very high quality of work, I have found my new go to guy!"
