"This place is aquarium equipment ONLY. Some people make the mistake of thinking there would be live tanks setup like in other aquariums. They have a wide range of tanks and I believe they might even make one at a custom size. This may be a good place to check out if you're a more advanced hobbyist as the place is a little unorganised and you would have to ask the staff for what you are looking for exactly; not really beginner friendly. Looks more like a warehouse for an online shop so a little bit messy but the staff does offer assistance to people that walk in."
"Poor workmanship and warranty. Our 5 month old 1.8 meter tank glass cracked from one edge right through to the other. So 1.8 meter crack. Glass not covered, however this happened when we did a water change so with pressure. If the tank had been done correctly this should never happen. We have had tanks for 30 years plus and husband in the glass industry so can only put down to the workmanship. Thin laminated glass also."

"They have a pretty good collection of stuff. I went when the weather was patently awful, and I so they're losing a star because Brisbane sucks. It should not be 43C in November. But excellent range, great staff. Things were a bit dusty and vaguely warehouse like, as it's a bit of a warehouse, but you get that with warehouses."
