"Worst customer service! Got told as it is a public holiday they can not do returns today but can come back tomorrow. Asked why? She did not know and said because it could get busy. There was only two customers in the store at the time. What a joke! I understand if Managers can only do returns as she was away etc. I spend a-lot of money in Alley.
