"We have recently started at Bright Horizons Ormeau Ridge after changing from another center my son attended for 2 years and WOW I can say this has been the best decision! I cannot fault anything about the center (and I am very picky especially when it comes to the care of my child). From the moment you walk in, you are hit with the delicious smell of the freshly cooked food made by their chef (which by the way is really nutritious and the portions are generous). Every single staff member there if friendly, welcoming and greats us as we walk in. The staff in my son’s room ‘Sian, Tahlia & Bella’ have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Miss Sian is beautiful inside and out and is really nurturing and attentive. Miss Tahlia is observant and fun - she even brought in her own sons dinosaur toys and set up a personalised activity to help with drop off to help my son settle in (observing that he likes dinosaurs)! Even the staff in the next room up that the kids share the outdoor space with, Miss Corrina and Mr Jaxson have been so lovely and helpful. This makes me feel at ease for when he does have to move up later in the year when he turns 3, I’m happy knowing that they will also be his future educators. My child has formed a special little bond with Jaxson and looks forward to seeing him everyday. Overall we have had an amazing first couple of weeks and I highly recommend!"

"My eldest daughter attended this centre for 5 years and has gained an incredible education. The Kindergarten program is incredible & her Prep teacher gave high praise for it..My youngest has attended for a year and we couldn't be happier. We love the extra curricular activities they provide such as Happy Feet & Soccer. My girls absolutely love it here and it's like their second home. The directors are very accommodating & approachable, along with the staff. Highly recommend."
