"Unfriendly, flustered staff who cant even make eye contact. I’ve been holding off leaving a negative review but after this I’ve had enough. 1) Placed online order and added bacon to my order which I didn’t recive so I phoned and asked why it had not been added and the gentleman said he didn’t know what to do to proceed in refunding or comping my next added bacon order lol 2) placed an online order and went to collect at the pick up time only to be told by the young lady “ you’ll just need to wait, as you can see I’ve been slammed!” No apology nothing.. 3) went to collect my order today and the ladies behind the counter were standoffish and could take even look at me when giving me my order, like I was annoying them by just being there lol. I think your staff are scarred and need help, either provide support or proper training on how to be hospitable…"
