"Initially the appointment was great and the hairdresser/owner was working fast and great but things happened that showed me her "25years" of hairdressing has been self taught. 1. After shampoo my naturally frizzy hair was brushed roughly after being bleached.. every person knows this is a big no no and huge cause for breakage 2. The toner was left for far too long on my roots so it lifted my natural colour if dark brown and leaving me with hot roots + lifting between foils 3. The owner was aware and refused to correct or refund even knowing she was at fault.. instead she offered me $50 although it's going to cost me between $160 to $280 (colour correction) as I need a full head to cover the horrible lifting between my current highlights and a root stretch then intense treatment to help my hair that was snapped from brushing wet... not happy with the lack of accountability and customer service.."
