"Due to this store being utterly useless, I had to contact a supplier to get up to date information on a warranty over 2 weeks old. Most stores do a straight exchange, but not this store. It was then that I found out that the owner had been lying for 2 weeks, and hasn't even sent the warranty through. Store contacts had the audacity to lie and say they were still waiting for the suppliers answer. I have the email evidence. Leaving workers hanging with broken PPE. Disgusting. Do not spend your money here."

They didn't have exactly my size but sourced stock at another location, and Herda then rang the store to make sure that it was actually in stock and arranged for it to be held for me.
