"The lady who I dealt with over the phone was completely lacking in customer service skills, unprofessional and rude .. I took it she was having a bad day, booked my dog in, dropped her off, the man was lovely (that's where my only star goes to) .. as was very timid, nervous and anxious I tried to call for 3 days, email to see how she was and no response!!!! I worried the whole trip I was away! We even came home a day earlier as I was so worried, a simple email would've fixed that! Would not reccomend this place"
"Fantastic place to leave your fur baby. Not a concrete jungle like some places but a sheltered 'stable' and plenty on running around outside during the day. The guys really seem to care too. Used for extended stays twice now and they are our first choice in the future. Strongly recommended."
"Terrible customer service, with a poor attitude. I was turned away to be told they were closed. I said I only wanted to ask questions, yet the response I got was no, you need to email them through. Worst customer experience ever. She did not have the time of day to listen to my questions, so I surely would not let her look after my dog. Website is very misleading."
