"What a terrible experience we had with openica logistics. One staff member in particular was consistently extremely rude on all phone calls and did not care one bit about the customer. I found some staff really nice but unfortunately with the one staff member who was extremely rude and unfortunely who was running our case we had extreme difficulty in the process of getting our vehicle transported up smoothy. I would not recommend this company at all"
