With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, I have been dedicated to the childcare industry for over a decade. I am passionate about the importance of the first five years of a child's life and believe that play is a vital part of their development. I take great pride in welcoming families to our center and getting to know them personally. I believe that parents are their child's first teachers, and I value open communication with both families and our team members.

And I'm Lisa, the 2IC at Busy Bees at Pimpama. With 30 years of experience in the early years' sector, I am dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for every child and colleague. As a mother of three amazing boys, all diagnosed with ASD, I have a deep understanding of the importance of providing a safe and nurturing space for children to learn and grow. I am committed to building strong relationships with families and ensuring that every child feels loved and supported.
