"Absolutely rude staff! Could not believe my eyes or ears. Only (one staff member) inperticular. I got money out and was charged a surcharge which is understandable. Then I picked up an Ipod to purchase last one in the case, the lady that was serving me pretty much dived over the counter and snatched it out of my hand as I was stating I was going to buy it. ( had price tag and everything and was initially sitting on the bench with for sale items before I decided to purchase) after she snatched it out of my hand and was summing up my total as I brought milk and other things, I said and the iPod to please as I pointed to it in her hand she said oh sorry i just decided ill have it and put music on it.. I thought is this chick for real!!! Like seriously! How rude! Can she even do that? The second thing was there was a shelf full of cheap plastic bead necklaces that had a giant sign saying " All $5.00 Each." I decided to buy my daughter one and she said sorry that one should be $5.50 I said uhm no it states all $5.00 and that was the only shelf with necklaces on it.. She's Like no it should be $5.50.. At this point I'm pissed off! And i said I don't want it then I don't have to pay a surcharge on everything if im not paying what they are advertised for then I don't want it. And then shes like no it's alright you can have it for $5.00. She was trying to rip me off & snatched what I wanted to buy for myself, for herself! Should never ever work in a public place, rude and conniving!"
