"We took our Santa Fe to Singh, after repairs were complete we paid & picked up the vehicle, when we got home an engine light came on, after restarting the vehicle the idle was very rough, I emailed Singh and told him of the issue, after more than 3 weeks we have received no response, I called him today, I was quite upset as the new mechanic we had to get to fix the issue found that the intake manifold gasket had not been reinstalled correctly, this proved to be true because once fitted correctly the code was cleared, the engine idle problem was resolved. We paid an extra $200.00 to get this work performed. To those reading this review, you may be thinking if this is true, why would you give Singh a 5 star review?, I explained to Singh that it really wasn't the incorrect fitting of the gasket, nor the $200.00 that angered me so much, it was the fact that after 3 weeks of my email letting him know of the problem, his business simply did not respond at all. I have given the 5 stars simply because after listening to me rant, he apologized, accepted that in this case they were wrong, & explained to me that he was not present at the business for that 3 weeks. I decided to accept his explanation & apology, Since the other 33 reviews of his business were all 5 stars, I decided that this was probably just a one off mistake, I have no desire to damage someones business with a bad review due to anger, to Singh, I wish you and your business well, I would train my staff on the importance of responding to customers when they feel the work may not be up to standards."
