"Started off good 5 stars. But my experience had gotten worse. Last 3 visits they've given me the trainee guy learning the ropes. Generally I don't mind. But the last visit took what felt like an hour to do a simple trim cut and clippers all over. A simple trim all over should be 15min max. This kid had no idea what he was doing and often pretended to cut my hair so he looked like he was busy. I rolled with it. Expected the manager to offer me a free haircut or a discount for wasting my time. No. I got nothing. No apology or thanking me for my patience, no discount. Had really soured my experience of them. Last time I'll be going there. I know they do have some good barbers there but I must have some terrible timing to get the new trainee each time I've gone there."
"I went into the store looking for a small trim, hoping to look clean for my brother's wedding (which I'm a best man). Instead the guy cutting my hair took about 40-50 minutes butchering my hair, taking way too much off, and making me look like an egg. I've been more than annoyed all week trying to find another place to try and fix my hair before the wedding. I asked to get maybe a centimetre off the top to get rid of split ends so I dont get more frizz than necessary, instead he halves the amount of hair I have on top so now I barely have any curls."
"Absolutely destroyed my beard, after years of growth, lay me down in the chair and sit me up to a beard that could be grown in 4 weeks. Why chop off so much especially after saying I wanted a little fuzz taken off and the sides shaped not cut 4 inches of it off. Absolutely raging."
