"So went there today to pickup some Merbau. Was assured they had stock on the phone so headed straight over. Got to the office out front and was told to see somebody out the back after telling the office staff what I wanted, I'd suggest just take the car straight around the back and talk to staff there. Bloke was out the back on forklift and came up to help me almost immediately. Told him what my requirements where and he sorted me out, even cut one bunch just so they'd fit in the car (and I wouldn't have to hack saw them or put a flag on them out of the boot). Great price and great service, they'll be getting my timber purchases from now on."
