Situated in the serene surroundings of Rileys Hill, our resort is conveniently located just 20 minutes south of Ballina, making it easily accessible for pet owners in the region. We are also only 30 minutes south of Lismore, 50 minutes south of Byron Bay, 2 hours north of Coffs Harbour, 50 minutes north of Yamba, and 90 minutes south of the Gold Coast.

At Paw Park, we understand that your pets are an important part of your family, and we are committed to providing them with the highest standards of care. Our dedicated team of live-in staff members and on-call veterinarians are available to ensure that your furry friends receive the love, attention, and medical assistance they need during their stay with us.

Our purpose-built facility has recently undergone a full refurbishment to ensure the utmost comfort and safety for your pets. Equipped with 24/7 video surveillance cameras, you can have peace of mind knowing that your pets are being monitored around the clock.

While we used to welcome inspections at any time during office hours, due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have limited access to the premises. All check-ins and check-outs are now conducted in the car park for the safety of our staff and guests. Please refer to our COVID-19 link for further information.
