Our experienced therapist, Josie, has trained as an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist with The Equine Psychotherapy Institute and is also a certified Crisis Support Worker for Lifeline Direct Victoria. She values her work at Lifeline and brings her expertise in listening, encouraging, and helping callers through times of distress.

At Paddock Talk, we prioritize the best outcome for both our clients and our horses. Consideration of bystanders will be based on a case-by-case situation, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved. Our facility includes an undercover area where we can still interact with the horses, experiment with activities, and explore talk therapy.

Please note that Paddock Talk exclusively offers unmounted sessions, and no riding is available. Each client will be offered an individual program specifically designed to cater to their unique needs and goals.
