"I came to this McDonald's with low expectations, to my surprise. The store was exceptionally clean, the staff were very kind and helpful and my meal was of the highest quality. I would recommend this place to my friends."
"Hello, I hate to be this person and I usually wouldn’t write a review but since this McDonald’s doesn’t answer their phone I would say this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever paid for. Their chips are the most stale and cold things I have ever paid for, and we waited for literally 15 minutes for two medium, Big Mac meals. I have tried calling them twice to phone this complaint, but no answer, so I have decided to write a review. This is the worst Maccas that I have ever tasted, and if I knew this when I was in drive-through, I would have turned around and asked for a better meal. I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again and would not recommend this to anybody. I am a person who is very easy to please when it comes to Maccas, but I felt like it was worth a bad review when I tried this McDonald’s. So sorry that it had to come to this, but I hope you learn from this review."

He has excellent customer service ability, and he was very patient, polite and kind. He is a legend! Please pass on my overwhelming thanks. Workers like that should be valued and held in high regard. "Worker found it funny to put an ocean worth of salt in my mom’s burger. Absolute disgraceful. The gutless coward couldn’t even pick up the phone when I rang about it. I worked at maccas for 3 years and never did this to a customer. Classy human being he was. P.s he’s left arm was full of tats better lose he’s job."
"When you’re getting a fresh and/or correct meal only about 20% of the time then maybe even two stars is generous. I don’t blame the teenage staff, they’re trying their best for the most part. It’s obvious that the restaurant (if you can call it that) has been left to flounder by head office. In dire need of improvement; stop taking customers for granted."
